Carrier takes home Mercury Award for innovative and quality systems and process development at Mercury Awards ceremony

flydubai was recognized for its innovative Information systems and processes that improve efficiency, quality and overall customer satisfaction. flydubai’s Lumexis ‘Fiber-To-The-Screen®’ (‘FTTS®’) In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system allows all 189 passenger seats to be equipped with touch screens enabling passengers to order meals, refreshments, or Duty Free, on-demand and at their convenience throughout the flight and not only during the cabin service.
The Mercury Award is an international award conferred by the International Travel Catering Association (formerly known as the International Flight Catering Association) for setting high standards in in-flight catering.
