Get ready for your Eid holiday with flydubai

Eid Al Fitr is coming up and we expect airports to be busy during this popular travel period.

Eid Al Fitr is coming up and we expect airports to be busy during this popular travel period. To ensure a smooth travel experience with flydubai, here are our top tips for you to get your holiday off to a great start.

If you are traveling to visit friends and family or if you have planned a trip to one of our new destinations such as Catania or Helsinki, remember you can easily check in online to save time at the airport. Please allow enough time to reach the airport and make sure you arrive at the airport at least three hours before the departure of your flights.
If you want to sit with your family and friends choose your seats together, by pre-selecting your seats before you travel.
Please also remember to check your departure terminal before your flight and ensure your baggage does not exceed the allowance. You can add extra baggage to your booking and if you are planning to take your golf bag or other sporting equipment, you can do so with our new baggage service which allows you to add sporting equipment to your booking for a fee. Please ensure your equipment does not exceed the maximum weight permitted (20 kg) and please see the accepted dimensions and the associated costs here. If you want to check in your bags from the comfort of your home, you can use our home check in service in partnership with DUBZ, relax and enjoy baggage free travel.
If you need a last-minute Eid gift our flydubai Shop has a range of products including 20% off fragrances, cosmetics and flydubai products in June. You may like to buy a handcrafted bracelet from our Blended Collection in support of the Manzil Center.
Make the most of the Eid holiday with marhaba Airport Meet & Greet services. Book now and enjoy private airport pick-up and drop-off services, fast-track trough immigration and security, exclusive lounge access, and much more.
